Customer Is Unsatisfied With the Product and Need Return
For any reason, when the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he/she can return it within 30 days from the day the order was shipped and the must be notified to the edealsusa.com via email https://www.edealsusa.com/contact-us/ within the days of product delivery.
It is however important that products to be returned are unused and are in re-saleable condition including the packaging. Well, if the item is not defected and returned within 30 days of initial shipment, the customer is required to pay cost of return shipping and he/she may apply for 15% to 25% restocking fee for products like rugs, curtains. However, note that custom made products that are ordered by customers are not refundable.
Customer was Delivered the Damaged, Defective Or Incorrect Product(s)
This is definite with all defective, damaged, incorrect or shipped erroneously products that these can be returned within 30 days of original shipment. Well, if the item is damaged or is incorrect, return label would be provided via email. However, proof will be needed for the damaged, incorrect or defective items and this proof will be given by customer in form of picture. The Procedure for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before a product is returned, RMA is required and the products that are returned without RMA will not be accepted.
Step by Step Procedure for RMA
1. Request RMA number from edealsusa.com by submitting a request through email https://www.edealsusa.com/contact-us/
In your request, please provide:
Your order number
The item number of the product you wish to return
Reason for returning the product
2. Make a request for RMA number through email to Edealsusa.com

The Order Number
Item Number of Product that you want to return
What is the reason to return the product
3. After your RMA request is received, we will provide RMA number (within 3 to 4 business days) and shipping instructions entailing where you can send items that need refund.
4. After the item is received in our warehouse, the refund of your order amount will be issued within three business days.
5. If the item(s) returned to the warehouse are found damaged, non-new condition, or soiled, it will require additional repair/replacement surcharge on your refund. However, if the repair or replacement cost is higher than the price of product that you have paid, no refund will be made.
6. After the package(s) are received, the refund will be processed within three business days. If there is any damage during the package transit either it is from your location to warehouse or vice versa, you are responsible for filing the Claims with the Shipping Carrier.

A) Returns that are shipped to the wrong address or that are received without RA # will be liable to 25% service fee and additional freight costs.
B) Items that exceed 30-day period from the date, the package was shipped to you, are not prone to be exchanged.
